We take pride in delivering carefully curated women’s clothing, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and return policy for your peace of mind.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you purchase your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unworn and unused
In the same condition as received
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Approval
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
3. Package the Item
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or tags.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the correct item was delivered and it is not defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as MALYNAS is not responsible for lost return shipments.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified via email that your return has been received.
We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact.malynas@gmail.com
with a description and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Important Notice
Return requests can only be submitted after the order has been successfully delivered and received by the customer. Requests made prior to delivery will not be accepted.
