We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it arrived — unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the correct item was delivered and it is not damaged, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
In these cases, we cover the return shipping costs and no restocking fee applies.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Perishable goods (flowers, food, plants, etc.)

Personal care items (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days — no explanation needed. Items must still be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
