Where is my order confirmation email?

After placing your order, you will receive two emails:

  1. An order confirmation email once your order is placed.
  2. A shipping confirmation email once your package leaves our fulfillment center.

If you didn’t receive your order confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

If you used your phone number instead of email at checkout, you will not receive an email confirmation.

Please contact our Customer Support at info@malynas.com with the email you want linked to your order so you can receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

How long before my order ships?

It typically takes 2 to 6 business days to process and ship your order, depending on inventory levels.

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 5 business days after your order has been processed.

If your item is low in stock, it may be delayed by an extra 2 to 3 business days.

We always strive to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can change it before your order ships.

In some cases, minor address changes may be applied after your order has shipped.
